Role

The position is responsible for implementing the quality control processes designed to ensure the quality and accuracy of the Credit Union's Card Solution and Payment channels. Supports back-office team with payment, digital, and card program responsibilities. Directs the delivery of administrative and operational assistance by providing team members with the appropriate direction, motivation, and tools to enable their success.

Major Duties and Responsibilities


  • Oversees the support services for the IRA program, Deceased Member Process, Share Drafts, Wires, and other support services duties.
  • Supports the Card Solutions Team duties such as Online Banking, Payments, Visa, Debit Cards, ITM, and ATM programs
  • Monitors and test the quality and accuracy of the Card Solution Departments' policies and procedures. Develops and generates ongoing reports of errors, trends and finding to report to management; makes recommendations based on findings.
  • Coordinates and implements Card Solution and Payment projects as assigned.
  • Reviews Internal Audit Reports and prepares audit responses related to digital experience.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills

Experience: Up to six months of similar or related experience including time spent in similar or preparatory positions.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature. Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance. Typically includes subject matter experts as well as first level to middle managers.

Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in emergency situation. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including telephone, copier, facsimile, and calculator. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary. Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.

Working Conditions

Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled private office with minimal noise.
