As part of our industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Pension Administration business group within Aon.

Job Overview

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Pension Administration Systems Specialist in our Lincolnshire, IL OR Woodlands, TX office. The P.A. Systems Specialist works as part of the Pension Administration group which is responsible for providing defined benefit administrative service to multiple clients.

Your Impact As A Pension Administration Systems Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze/manipulate data using Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
  • Solve problems that arise, and identify ways to improve process efficiency and the system.
  • Develop Excel-based calculation system according to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data manipulation processes using Microsoft Access queries, tables, reports and macros
  • Provide technical resource support to internal and external clients
  • Broaden personal knowledge of defined benefit administration rules

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. information systems, math, finance, economics, accounting, computer science or other quantitative areas)
  • 0-3 Years Meaningful work experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills.
  • Solid command of internal systems.
  • Undergraduate math, finance, or IT related degree or equivalent experience.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $54,000-$63,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
