About us

Dream Elite Gymnastics, located in Woodland Hills, CA, is looking for experienced team and/or recreational coaches to join our growing program. Up to 30 hours a week. Flexible schedules and great benefits.

Rec Coaches pay range: $18 - $25

Team Coaches pay range: $22 - $30

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in coaching recreational classes, Xcel or JO teams

- Training/teaching experience with children 3-18 in group settings

- Knowledge of all gymnastics apparatus

- Knowledge of basic youth development principles and concepts and ability to monitor progress, evaluate results and adjust instruction to meet changing needs.

- Physical ability to lead and interact in gymnastics activities and perform related skills.

- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relationships with staff, co-workers, volunteers, members and the general public.

- Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency.

Must Haves:

• Background Check
• USAG Safety Certification
• Enjoy working with kids

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
