Job description
The Therapist is responsible for all aspects of client care to include providing group and individual therapy sessions for all assigned clients on a recurring basis. Works closely with the Lead Therapist to ensure program and therapeutic activities produce the desired outcomes while following the guidelines of the philosophies and values of Onsite and its’ modalities.
Requirements:Education and/or Experience:
Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field; Five years of experience in trauma preferred; 5+ years of experience in a managerial role or of a process; Knowledge of 12 Step/recovery process and services and experience with adult residential treatment settings strongly preferred; Strong clinical skills in various modalities of treating survivors of trauma; Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and Experiential skills preferred;
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required;
must hold current Tennessee license or other current state license working toward Tennessee
licensure to be received within one (1) year of hire .
