Fooki is an authentic Taiwanese Cuisine located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center, Aiea. Here in Fooki, our team aims to amplify happiness by providing our customers with beloved comfort Taiwanese food, aloha vibe, and a hint of surprise. Our menu features a variety of nostalgic Asian style food and special-tea drinks with a western twist in order to bring a new level of taste to our customer's dining experience.

Server Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, knowing the food and drink menu, answering questions.

• Operating POS systems take customer’s orders.

• Deliver food and drinks to customers.

• Bus table

• Opening and closing store follow by Fooki Standard

• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.

• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.

• Working in as part of a fun, high-energy team.

• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Server Qualification:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year server experience.

• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.

• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills with the team and customers

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• A polite, engaging personality.

• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.

• self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.

• Ability to describe all menu items, prices, and methods of preparation.

• Possess a valid Tuberculosis Card

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
