To develop principles of fair play, a sense of confidence, and self-discipline through the development and extension of various Wrestling skills

*Responsible for developing the wrestling skills of athletes.

*Sets practice schedules and develops an appropriate course of conditioning for his athletes.

*Works one-on-one with wrestlers to assess abilities, develop goals and objectives for the season and determine appropriate weight divisions. This involves teaching wrestling moves and strategies and educating wrestlers about the rules of competition.

*Instills sound nutrition practices to ensure athletes are well-nourished without going significantly over or under assigned wrestling weight categories.

*Represents and promotes Gotham Gym and Savage MMA & Fitness in a professional manner.

*Maintains high level of professionalism with the ability to motivate others while upholding the company's vision, mission, values and code of conduct.

*Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.

*Displays appropriate, professional conduct on and off the mat,

* Encourages teammates to work with each other, follow industry safety standards and strive to achieve goals.

Gotham Gym and Savage MMA & Fitness, LLC, offer a variety of specialized physical health services. Our core services include general health programming, alternative physical therapies, athletic training and strength and conditioning, martial arts training, MMA, nutritional consulting and our specialized peer-to-peer programming. Our prestigious training has opened a gateway to a number of community outreach services that provide physical health and nutrition services to at-risk youth, veterans, and opioid and substance abuse addicts. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.
