Job description

We are seeking qualified candidates to fill a bookkeeping position. Successful candidates will have the qualifications and experience to handle the following responsibilities:

- Process payroll for approximately 45 employees and coordinate with CPA

- Process Vendor invoicing and coordinate with CPA

- Maintain Company GL, Workers Comp, Auto, & Vendor Insurance Documents

- Process New Hires & setup in timesheet program; Maintain all employee files

- Maintain Company Licenses, Certifications & all other business documents

- Manage Confidential incoming and outgoing documents

- Manage incoming and outgoing documents that require notaries

Candidate must have the following:

- 3 Years Minimum - Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise experience

- 3 Years Minimum - Experience in a construction related field

- 3 Years Minimum - Data Entry Experience

- 3 Years Minimum - Experience processing new contracts / customer entries

- 3 Years Minimum - Experience processing and configuring Financial Reports

- 3 Years Minimum - Experience processing cash/check/credit card/ACH payments

- 3 Years Minimum - Experience executing basic office/clerical tasks (hardcopy & digital files, phone calls, organization, etc)

- Experience managing and maintaining large volumes of documents and emails

- Ability to commute to and from office Daily (This is NOT a remote work position)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
