In addition to providing comprehensive medication management, the innovative practice also offers transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy for medication-resistant depression.

Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

Health & Psychiatry is actively looking to hire - Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper - with below responsibilities -

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
  • Checks and verifies source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts
  • Reconciles Credit Card payments and Bank statements
  • Administers Accounts Payable Administration
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Prepares checks, payments and bank deposits

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • MS Office, Quickbooks Live
  • Previous bookkeeping experience (preferred)
