Job description
The Administrator on Duty is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. In collaboration with the nursing teams, the AOD is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.
This is a full-time night shift position at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital.
A background in leadership and pediatrics is strongly preferred.
