Adult Education Instructor
Job description
Evening Adult Education Instructor position at Emerald Coast Technical College. Instructor will teach English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students. The purpose of this course is to assist students in English language acquisition. Instructor will be responsible for teaching adults (16+), Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 - 9:00pm. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities
Improve the language proficiency of students whose native language is not English.
Qualifications
- Must have a Florida Teaching Certificate.
- Bilingualism is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must pass all student-required assessments. A criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
