Alliances Marketing Specialist - Analytics & AI Alliances (Analyst)

Role Overview

The Alliances Marketing Specialist is an entry-level role and is critical to the tactical execution of the marketing strategy for Deloitte's AI & Analytics alliances. In this hands-on role, you'll drive mindshare through our websites, social activities, and blog posts to deliver successful high impact marketing campaigns that use new and innovative marketing techniques such as lead generation, lead nurturing, digital and social media marketing. This role supports Deloitte's Ecosystems & Alliances (E&A) business strategy and collaborates with some of the world's leading technology providers to address business challenges and meet new market needs.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Manage tactical execution of marketing programs which build pipeline and eminence for alliance programs and drive business growth across Deloitte's AI & Analytics alliances portfolio
  • Support the execution of integrated campaigns for the alliances teams, geared toward brand awareness, alliance knowledge transfer and lead generation, including but not limited to conferences, regional events, roundtables, webinars, and alliance sponsored events and supporting digital activations
  • Track, monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and contribute to the creation of ROI reports
  • Maintain and communicate project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution of programs with reporting and tracking of leads
  • Prepare internal communications that support and bolster alliances' position and offerings, including alliance newsletters, practice updates, intranet articles, and case studies
  • Partner with agency resources to drive the development and execution of campaign efforts, including social media, email, web, press, and paid media
  • Engage in-house designers and other creatives to drive the production of customized visual identities and marketing assets including but not limited to thought leadership, sales decks, solution sheets, and signage
  • Work closely with team members to share best practices and leverage marketing programs and initiatives; create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.



Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
  • Experience executing multi-channel marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Experience managing / coordinating large events activations
  • Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills; proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Ability to navigate a highly complex environment to accomplish goals, frequently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources
  • Track record of achieving success in a matrixed organization

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $50,000 to $83,000.
