Levi's is looking for a Assistant Merchant to join the US/Canada Wholesale Merchandising team. As the Women's Assistant Merchant, you will support the Senior Merchant in building product strategies for the wholesale market. You will manage all line plans and systems and work with your direct team and cross functional partners to drive impactful assortments that will excite our customers and enhance the brand. You are highly collaborative, product and consumer obsessed, and have a passion for the apparel industry. You will report to the Senior Merchant of Women's US/Canada Wholesale Merchandising.
About the Job
- Support merchants with general department needs
- Support in set up of merchandise assortment presentations and reviews
- Create and maintain assortment tools
- Monitor sales performance and react accordingly
- Be a conduit of information, materials, and samples to cross functional partners
- Support in creating product training and sales tools to support product strategies
- Understand consumer and competitive landscape
About You
- Bachelor's degree preferred along with 1+ years of merchandising experience
- Working knowledge of apparel merchandising and marketplace trends
- Financial and analytical skills
- Proficient in software applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
The expected starting
salary range for this role is $57,500
-
$90,500. We may
ultimately
pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a
