Maguire is seeking motivated and positive individuals for its automotive service department.

The automotive service department is looking for a Service Writer/Advisor Trainee. The individual must have a professional attitude, strong communication skills, good work ethic and the ability to multi-task. The person must also be very quality oriented.

Responsibilities include a high level of customer satisfaction, performing and keeping proper documentation of customer concerns and documentation of repair orders, verification of warranty and service contract coverage, consulting with customers on service specials, keeping customers informed with the status of the vehicle, communicating with the technicians to make sure that all of their concerns have been properly addressed. Other duties may be added by manager based on needs of the business.

Experience using CDK is preferred, but not required.
