The Brand Coordinator - Movado is responsible for assisting and supporting brand Marketing and Merchant activities across all channels (movado.com and wholesale) related to Movado.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead product photography for all new product launches: organize & managing product samples, schedule and run bi-weekly meetings with the cross functional team and external vendor, issue purchase orders, track spend and reconcile it on a monthly basis, review all assets and communicate with product development, creative and external vendor on approvals while managing due dates, communicate all photography updates to regional teams
  • Traffic product samples for multiple uses including photoshoots/content shoots, internal/external meetings, and wholesale partners. Maintain records to track location of product.
  • Prepare sales and market week booklets based on seasonal launches and share with all commercial teams
  • Maintain a repository of product images for commercial needs
  • Function as an administrator, maintaining marketing portals (i.e., SharePoint, BrandFolder)
  • Coordinate product and vitrine set up as needed for in-person meetings and Visual Merchandising guide set-ups
  • Create and maintain product assortment references including the PLM system, full assortment matrices and delivery flow sheets
  • Coordinate new product pricing process with regional teams



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Extremely detail oriented and thorough
  • Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced, changing environment with a cross-functional team
  • Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter
  • Strong organization, project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
