Job Purpose
This team member is a quick learner, adapts to their environment quickly, and has strong problem-solving skills. This person should be organized, self-motivated individual who can multitask between numerous orders while working efficiently.
We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a strong focus on customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
In addition to exceptional leadership and analytical skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.
SHIFT-MIDNIGHT TO 8 AM
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the in-house order tracking system for late orders
- Help support departments in processing of orders requiring special attention
- Identify and find late orders on the floor, resolve issues to begin processing
- Research late orders in SAP
- Follow processes and procedures for replacement of goods
- Help to solution problem orders
- Assist in identifying gaps in production process that are causing late orders
- Create deliveries and prepare orders for shipping
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Solution orders that involve misplaced items
- Responsible for keeping work area safe and clean daily.
- Monitor closely BI reporting to keep orders moving to meet customer’s expectation
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be problem solver
- Must have ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Initiative, adaptability, and patience are a must within the role.
- Must have high attention to detail and a very high focus on quality and accuracy.
- Must have computers skills, including experience in Microsoft Office
- Must have a proven track record of punctuality with minimal absenteeism.
- SAP knowledge required
