Our Client Success Manager will work remotely for Midwest Division, located in Hopkins, MN to help support SitelogIQ’s K-12 school district customers by providing world-class, white-glove customer service and experience throughout all phases of the long-term partnership with our clients so that the relationships are as successful as the projects we complete for them.

The Client Success Manager at SitelogIQ will be someone who can build relationships with clients and provide them with an outstanding client experience so that they cannot imagine working with another facilities partner. These professionals will ensure that our clients maintain high net promoter status. They are client-centric, serving as the vital connection between the client and the SitelogIQ team. The Client Success Manager is successful when the client can't wait to start another project with SitelogIQ and becomes a source of referrals and testimonials.

Client Success Manager Responsibilities

  • Create a strong relationship and bond with the customer and become their trusted partner
  • Achieve high net promoter status with clients throughout all project phases
  • Support the customer and SitelogIQ team by providing clear and timely communication and organization
  • Engage internal SitelogIQ subject matter experts at the proper times in order to maintain a high level of service and satisfaction
  • Participate in sales and development calls and meetings
  • Make daily connections with clients
  • Prepare materials and information for meetings
  • Understand and update client information, including information such as a client’s family, occupation, recreations, and dreams (F.O.R.D.)
  • Attend networking events and conferences

Client Success Manager Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Accountability and personal organizational skills are essential
  • Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task

Client Success Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred
  • Background in promoting value through the customer experience
  • Experience in managing and working with a diverse group of people
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Accountability and personal organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task
