Job Title: Federal Subcontract Manager
Location: Milford, OH

Job Description

• Provides management and coordination of Federal, State and Local proposals including:
• Responsible for managing the IDIQ Center of Excellence proposal submissions from task order receipt to task order response submissions. Works closely with Program Managers and Project Managers as well as a small business subcontractor to produce technically compliant responses. Works closely with technical writers on color team reviews and has responsibility for management of several bid calendars.
• Employs case study, narratives, and other document narrative repositories for maximum efficiency.
• Ability to monitor Federal bid systems, draft and submit questions in a timely manner, and submit bids via various portals.
• Familiar with SAM.GOV, GovWin, and other Federal related tools
• Must coordinate task order responses with small business subcontractors and manage the bid or no/bid process on task orders where required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
