Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Analyst you will be responsible to assist in improving the customer experience by gathering customer insights, analyzing data, mining information across all customer touchpoints/channels and translating it into actionable activities, and to align the customer experience and marketing technology with business goals.

Qualifications

You are required to have:

• 2 year degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years experience as admin of cloud-based products, preferably for marketing department
• 1-2 years experience reporting and interpreting insights from cloud-based software tools
• 1-2 years experience using data and analytics to identify trends and future needs
• Intermediate knowledge of common Customer Experience metrics (CES, NPS, etc.) and business analytics
• Intermediate knowledge of data analytics
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communications skills–listening, verbal and written
• Skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple projects and requests
• Ability to create stories and meaningful information from data
• Ability to translate the stories and information into trends, action needed, and cause and effect
• Collaborative
• Critical thinker and inquisitive

Additional preferred qualifications:

• 4 -year degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent experience preferred

Schedule

Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm;

Location

This position can be located in any of our Arvig locations or work from home.
