Bath R Us is currently in search for a Data Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the management team to analyze and monitor trends to help drive business decisions.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and prepare interpretations of data to use to develop conclusions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build data solutions that impact business decisions.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Researching and analyzing trend in sales and categories for the company.

Experience, Education and Training:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university in Data Analysis or related field preferred. Additional appropriate experience or training may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a data science/analyst role; or related experience. Experience in the remodeling industry a plus.
• Solid SQL experience, with Power BI knowledge a plus.
• Skillful in creating narratives with data.
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and solutions-driven.
