Job description
We're looking for a digital marketing manager to interview our customers on Riverside.fm to create helpful, educational videos. You'll then oversee their marketing strategy to promote their videos to their in-house list of contacts. You'll work with 40-50 clients helping them answer commonly asked customer questions on their webcam or mobile phone on a monthly pre-scheduled phone call. You'll then send the raw video to your team who will edit, optimize, and promote it to your client's in-house contact database to help them get more business. You'll also speak with your clients regularly to help them get the most business they can from their in-house list of contacts using the systems and strategies you'll learn in the weekly training at our agency. This is a 100% work-from-home salary position that includes health insurance. No experience is necessary. All training provided.
Responsibilities:
  • Write scripts for clients to answer their commonly asked customer questions.
  • Conduct client interviews over a webcam to help our clients record their videos.
  • Guide clients on additional marketing strategies to get more business.
  • Communicate with clients weekly keeping them updated on their results.
  • Attend our weekly training to improve your marketing skills to help our clients.
  • Proactively respond to client phone calls and email to take work off their plate.
  • Working effectively with your team including morning and evening Zoom huddles.
  • Cross-train to perform other duties and roles in the company.
  • Provide shadowing for 30 days to new hires in your role, if at the top end of the pay scale.

Qualifications:
  • Communicating effectively on the phone and by email.
  • Bring-your-own-computer - must provide your own computer and internet connection.
  • Patience and empathy to interview clients on video.
  • Interest in learning how to generate customers for businesses.
  • Interest in video, email, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Comfort being on video conferencing with clients.
  • Leadership skills to get work done through others on the team.
  • Natural curiosity to learn new things and improve your marketing skill.
  • Pass a short audition to prove your current skill for the role.

Compensation: $42,000 - $50,000 yearly + health insurnace + paid holidays + PTO.
