Job description

• Assist individuals in developing independent living skills in personal hygiene, household routines, money management and the use of community resources
• Implement personal supports plan as outlined in participant's person-centered plans
• Care for individuals' physical and health needs as their level of independence requires
• Participate in the development of the schedule of individual recreational, leisure, and social activities and implement scheduled activities, facilitating individual participation as assigned
• Reports and/or documents routine and unusual events including completing daily logs, accident and incident reports, outcome data sheets, etc. in a concise, understandable, and legible manner
• All other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19 and boosters per DDS guidelines.

Must have a clean background and a VALID Drivers License.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• La Plata, MD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Developmental disabilities: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• First Aid Certification, Certified Medication Technician (Preferred)
