The Role

We are hiring a Customer Service/Dispatcher professional who will have primary responsibility for scheduling our services, ensure positive customer experiences, and manage various scheduling & sales administration processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Dispatching: Schedule services for our customers using a CRM software system and dispatch work orders to service teams. This includes scheduling recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) commercial route jobs.
  • Quote / Estimate Request Intake: Gather prospective customer information and dispatch job leads to our Estimator.
  • General Customer Service: Assist customers with questions about our services / processes, payment processing, scheduling inquiries, and any quality or damage claims resolution.
  • Sales Program Administration: Educate customers about service plan options and process / track renewals of service plan contracts, as well as execute certain mailings to customer base.
  • Continuously Improve the Position: Executing with quality on existing procedures is just a start. The ideal candidate will generate new ideas to streamline and continuously improve the role.
  • Other responsibilities, as may be assigned: Role may include other ad hoc administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements:

Ideal Qualifications:

  • High School or Equivalent (at least some College strongly preferred)
  • Highly familiar with Microsoft Office products (including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • 1-year of Microsoft Excel experience is required
  • 2-4 years Scheduling and Office Administration experience, preferably in a service business, with responsibilities similar to the above-listed
  • 1-3 years experience in sales or customer service roles providing a close understanding of the Sales Process
  • Ability to understand / master existing processes and then improve upon them over time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability
