About our organization:
Applied Behavioral Counseling provides home based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism in 20+ states across the U.S.
About the position:
This DOE Administrative Assistant position reports directly to the Clinical and Contracting Director of the Department of Education.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday & Sunday- 9-6
Monday- 8-4 or 9-5
Tuesday- 8-4 or 9-5
Friday- 8-2 or 10-4
- paid breaks
- flexibility required
- 40 hour work week
- Assist DOE Department in any/all administrative duties as tasked
- Maintain contact with staff and provide support/assistance as needed when needed
- Maintain coordination and adjustments of work schedules
- Maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Training internal staff as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsibilities are subject to change as the position evolves

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $38,000 - $40,000 a year
