Functional Analyst / Developer with FHIR Experience
The ideal candidate must be able to map existing data exchanges to the FHIR standard. Candidates should be able to easily navigate the HL7.org documentation on FHIR r4B, map and conform existing JSON data exchanges, resources and properties to the FHIR standard. They should be able to produce data samples from existing production systems, understand the changes that need to be implemented to conform those exchanges to FHIR and collaborate with other system engineers on integration discussions.
Additionally, candidate must have experience with JSON, RESTFul web services and web technologies (XML, RDF). Familiarity with the HL7 standard (V2, V3, CDA) and CRM / Dynamics 365 is preferred.
Required Experience:
4+ years of experience with analyzing and designing information systems and software
4+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
4+ years of experience with stakeholder or client management
4+ years of experience with developing and evaluating business needs and processes
Experience mapping data elements to Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources® (FHIR®)
Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies
Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project members
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client
requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
