What You'll Do
- Highly motivated, detail oriented, and a passion for all things cyber-security.

- Prepare and report on information security posture and risk management status to Senior Management and the Company's Board of Directors
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and Information Security Management Program direction.
- Risk management and risk analysis for key partners and vendors.
- Ensure effective protections for a remote workforce, all company and cloud delivered technology environments, assets, systems and data.
- Keep well informed of developing security threats, and proactively create strategies to understand and mitigate potential security problems that might arise from acquisitions or other big business moves
- Vulnerability management and remediation or mitigation of vulnerabilities in IT and OST systems.
- Own security related policies, documentation and procedures.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and other functional leaders to get buy-in and participate in the execution of the strategy and roadmap as well participate in architecture reviews, implement guidelines and monitor ongoing security
- Advocating initiatives and software development processes that reinforce that security is every engineer's responsibility
- Work with the sales organization to build security awareness, a competitive security position, and trust with prospects and clients.
- Developing, implementing, and managing information security training and awareness at all levels. This includes, publicizing and explaining of policies and procedures and while growing our knowledge base
- Facilitate and/or conduct regular company-wide security awareness, education, and training.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and application security engineering roles.
- Demonstrated experience with Application Security, DevOps, or Cloud Security functions as a leader or in a people management role.
- Experience with cloud computing technologies with security commitments to customers and partners.
- Demonstrable expertise in related Security Frameworks such as NIST, ISO 2700X, CIS, SOC2
- Prior experience leading or delivering gap analysis, and security risk assessments.
- Prior experience building security program for SaaS software development lifecycle for a product deployed in a cloud environment, AWS preferred.
