We are looking to hire a full time or part time clinical Orthodontic assistant/Front desk coordinator. Job duties include answering phone, scheduling appointments, processing payments and insurance claims. Must be computer proficient, be able to work independently, pleasant personality and organized. Assist the doctor with bonding, impressions, debonding, adjustments, taking records, photos and x rays. 6 months or more of experience in Orthodontics is preferred however we can train the right person as long as you have a great personality and strong work ethic. On average 20 hours per week.

We are looking for an honest, hard-working, motivated person who possesses a positive attitude and a team-centered philosophy to join our team. We have a digital state of the art office. Must be willing to travel between Chardon, Cuyahoga Falls and Cleveland, travel allowance provided.
