• Assisting our golfing guests upon their arrival and departure from Lookout Mountain Golf Club.
• Properly store all golf bags and golf cars.
• Prepare and breakdown of the practice facility.
• Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity with the company, customers and fellow employees.
• Hold yourself, your supervisors and your co-workers to the highest standards.
• Present a clean, neat and professional appearance.
• Assist with Tournament operations and set-up.
• Golf Car and equipment maintenance.
• Understand and comply with all applicable health regulations.
• Display a team-member respectful attitude.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Represent Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Lookout Mountain Golf Club with professional behavior.

• High School education or its equivalent.
• Prior experience in golf operations is a plus.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have good telephone skills and customer relation / communication skills.
• Must be able to accurately handle monetary transactions.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
