Senior Director of Product Management
ServiceTitan is looking for a Senior Director of Product Management with a successful track record for driving new products and features from concept to launch and market adoption. The Senior Director of Product Management will own the development and launch of products related to, but not exclusive to Financial Technologies (Payments, Financing, Insurance, etc.) for home and commercial service providers. The Fintech workflows provided in ServiceTitan help our contractors manage their financial operations and enable them to further expand their services, operate at higher efficiency and at scale. This role requires strong and proactive leadership and a demonstrated ability to drive large product initiatives with a 10x mindset. The Senior Director of Product Management will champion best product development practices to deliver phenomenal value and delightful experiences to our customers while building new business lines for the company.
What you'll do:
  • Own and execute on the strategic vision for our portfolio of FinTech products.
  • Build on the success of current payment and financing platform to expand market share and client base wallet share
  • Stay current with and analyze market trends and customer needs/insights to bring innovative new products to market and drive exponential growth to keep Fintech product contribution at or above 25% of total company revenue
  • Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the rest of the organization on your product’s strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the professional product management function, through investment in the people, process, technology, and measurement surrounding this function.
  • Engage at the client level with strong communication and presentation skills, whether to manage a customer escalation or help with a prospective client opportunity.
What you'll bring:
  • Experience within the Financial technology/payment industry is a must
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a product management role
  • 5+ years of prior experience in building and leading high performing, diverse teams
  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, inclusive of build/buy/partner analysis
  • Prior experience with partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Prior experience in taking a digital product from concept to successful launch
  • Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
  • Experience building or implementing modern SaaS applications
  • Deep knowledge of the Product Management discipline and experience in building and maturing Product teams
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presenting skill

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $201,000 - $288,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
