About the role: Oversees and directs the operational components of the Implementation Project Management team in ongoing On-Site Implementation processes from project initiation into the Implementation department through hand off to Regional Clinical/Operations Teams. Acts as the project management subject matter expert for implementations and serves as a mentor and coach for direct reports for active implementations. Provides Project Management subject matter expertise to all Implementation projects.

Essential Functions:

• Serves as Implementation SME on new site and expansion opportunities during the Implementation process.
• Is responsible for assigning direct reports to new opportunity requests and maintaining manageable workloads.
• Accountable for facilitating and maintaining Implementation documents and tools for On Site Implementation organization and training.
• Provides team education on process and policy changes.
• Oversees Project Managers to ensure they are providing and integrating the appropriate subject matter experts in ongoing implementations.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and knowledge of Implementation process, facility space and design, implementation budget, and service and product offerings; to implement and drive strategic and relevant operational outcomes.
• Facilitates the development of detailed reports/dashboards to keep key stake holders up to date on progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Identifies and requests participation from corporate departments in strategic meetings as needs dictate during the Implementation process.
• Provides operational and management support for Implementation Project Management team to include time management, expense approvals, ongoing evaluations, training, and growth opportunities.
• Provides effective subject matter expertise, coaching, and mentoring at the site level as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years’ experience in a business environment or related industry, Experience in a Healthcare Implementation function
• Experience with project management and implementation processes

Preferred Experience:

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills required
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required
• Excellent demonstrated follow up skills & attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization (both internal and external)

For individuals living in Colorado and New York City only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado and New York City compensation is $108,000 - $120,000 with eligible bonus opportunity. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
