We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator with strong organization, time management, computer, written and verbal along with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support both primary (Gulf Region) and secondary (IEC HQ) customers in the following HR areas:
  • Internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Successfully complete required transactions in Workday including but not limited to onboarding and termination transactions
  • Successfully complete required audits of Workday and other HR data
  • Support compliance efforts including but not limited to I-9 processing and required employee training
  • Support key Company initiatives including but not limited to performance management and compensation planning
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team in supporting the filling of open positions and performing key tasks as required (pre-employment, offer, onboarding etc.)
  • Support payroll processes associated with bi-weekly paid employees
  • Partner with the Benefits Team to support leave of absence administration
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (required) or working towards a degree (preferred)
  • Previous office/HR administration/payroll experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint)
  • Prior HRIS (Workday) exposure/experience preferred
