The primary responsibility of this position will be the training of onboarding employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with new hire orientation for craft and non-craft personnel. Assists in developing and distributing materials for hiring craft employees.
• Responsible for the training of craft and staff employees.
• Performs background checks for new hires.
• Orders and maintains an inventory of new hire orientation/safety materials.
• Monitors and managers subcontractors to ensure they are in compliance with clients’ I-9 requirements.
• Administrative tasks including new hire personnel records filing.
• Ensuring compliance with customer contract terms and conditions.
• Responsible for I-9 documentation and other HR records
• Travel to West Regional locations to conduct new hire orientation HR training,

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive employee information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent experience
• 2 years of progressive experience in Human resources or a business-related field.
• Proficient in software programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
