We are currently looking for a new HR Assistant. We need someone who is highly energetic, willing to learn, must require little supervision, great opportunity for the right person who wants to grow quickly in a fun and dynamic industry. Must be Bilingual.

We are hiring an organized, smart, detail-oriented, and dependable person. This position is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and more. The ideal candidate has a desire to build our workforce of wonderful employees. They also want to learn Human Resources and grow their knowledge and have a great work ethic and drive. This is NOT a remote position. This person must be bilingual as well.
No Experience Needed. Training will be provided for you.
Position Summary
This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization bymaintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. Responsibility to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager.

  • Administer policies & procedures
  • Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
  • Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
  • Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes
  • Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs
  • Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams

  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience
  • Bilingual is required
  • Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior related office experience preferred.
Work Environment
Work primarily in a climate controlled indoor environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection as required.
This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
