Job Summary:

The Human Resources office is seeking a full time Human Resources Coordinator. This role will assist the Recruitment Specialist, the Benefits Specialist and assist with the Program and Communication functions in the department.

Hours: 37.50/hr a week Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Recruitment Related Functions: 25%

• Maintain a complete and accurate library of job descriptions, creating and updating as required.
• Support the development and management of recruitment activities and events as assigned, including contacting applicants, coordinating interviews and setting up recruitment events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Benefit Related Functions: 25%

• Accurately enter benefit information into required software systems for new employee enrollments and current employee changes.
• Support the development and management of Wellness Program meetings, programs and activities as assigned, including working with vendors and setting up trainings and assist employees with benefit questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Program and Communications Functions: 50%

• Monitor, update and create internal/external channels on the HR website and HR Sharepoint pages.
• Support employee and supervisor training/education, programs/activities as assigned; including but not limited to annual on-line compliance trainings, Student Loan Repayment and Tuition Reimbursement programs.
• Support and manage compensation study activities, data management and communications with internal/external entities.
• Manage and further develop external internship/job shadowing program and internal mentorship programs.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor's degree desired in business, human resources or related field with coursework in business, human resource management, professional writing, and/or industrial psychology .

Experience:

• At least 2 years' experience in related field of work required.
