We're an Allstate insurance office in West Jordan, looking for someone who has outstanding sales skills. Earn base pay and commissions selling insurance policies to new customers and establishing relationships with loan officers, realtors and other community leaders. This is full time and in office. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, love money, love people, be ultra-competitive with them-self, be teachable, easily able to communicate & interact with others, have an outgoing personality & be a self-starter. Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance license required.

Responsibilities:

• Expand the agency by overseeing various marketing campaigns to potential Allstate customers
• Prospect for new business through leads, networking, involvement in local community events, & personal contacts
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Demonstrated sales background
• Proficient in MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel
• Positive attitude
• Dependable
• Team player
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to pass background check to become appointed with Allstate

Signing Bonus of $400 after 90 days

License/Certification:

• Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License (Preferred)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
