INTEGRATION ANALYST | BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Overview: GrowGeneration is one of the largest retailers of hydroponic products in the United States and is engaged in the business of marketing and distributing horticultural, organics, lighting, and hydroponics products, including lighting fixtures, nutrients, seeds and growing media, systems, trays, fans, filters, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, timers, instruments, water pumps, irrigation supplies and hand tools.
Position Reports To: Director of Business Systems
Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000/DOE
Purpose of Position: Ensures integration layers between all business systems are functioning through reporting, exception review and queue management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal subject matter authority for the Boomi integration solution
- Review and manage all business system queues
- Review and manage all exception reports
- Resolve any integration layer synchronization between systems
- Troubleshoot and performs analysis on issues for resolution by working with vendors, internal divisions, and technical teams
- Prioritize and plan resolution management and see-through completion
- Support and contribute to architectural decisions and discussions within integration processes
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve technical blockers
- Work with development team to build, configure and test integrations between application
- Provide user and application support for escalated IT issues within integration layers
- Assist with QA, E2E, and UAT on future systems upgrades and enhancements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years’ related experience in a fast-paced environment
- Expert level experience using Boomi integration solutions
- Knowledge of POS systems and ERP implementations
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional communication skills, dedicated to keeping all essential parties informed
- Committed to collaboration and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Expert ability coordinating multiple projects, managing diverse responsibilities, and efficiently multitasking
- Flexibility adapting to timelines to suit project needs
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
