CST Pavers, LLC, part of the QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, a manufacturer for segmental concrete products for the commercial, residential, contractor, industrial, and retail customer, has immediate openings for an Inventory Specialist/Planning located at our Montgomery, NY facility.

Available Shift:

• 1st shift 7am - 4pm

Responsibilities include:

• Manager customer orders from start to finish
• Assist with inventory
• Ability to assist in the yard as needed
• Accurately verify customer orders and information
• Communicate with plant and transportation to ensure client orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and with accuracy
• Handle customer phone calls

We require:

• Excellent computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of ability to use accounting programs, JDE/Oracle preferred
• Accurate and quick typing skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• An affinity for numbers and measurements
• Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Team player
