Idaho National Laboratory’s (INL) Cyber Resilience group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in continuing a career as an IT PM in the Cybersecurity space. If you have proven experience in these areas, please apply today!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead projects within the program and related efforts from conceptual states through planning, engineering, procurement, development, start-up, and operations
  • Capitalize on new and existing relationships and program efforts to develop business to capture additional work, contracts, and funding.
  • Use knowledge of programmatic engineering, procurement, and industry processes, e.g., development, operations, R&D, and business systems throughout the project to ensure project scope is accomplished, schedules are met, and work is completed within budget.
  • Guide the development of technical solutions, define system specifications, prepare project time and cost estimates.
  • Design, analyze, test, modify, and maintain complex, integrated software and/or information systems.
  • Use domain knowledge in cyber security and related technologies to perform and help others perform research, plan, communicate, and achieve objectives through program/project teams.
  • Engage in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects that span across functional organizations and provide analytical guidance to the project team(s).
  • Promote an open communication environment, to develop mutual trust and teamwork, and facilitate employee self-development.
  • Assist in the training of new team members through both formal and on the job training.
  • Work collaboratively with all parties to maintain and establish organizational credibility and rapport with sponsors, customers and other partners at multiple levels within and outside the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 or Master's degree and 6 years of proven experience.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain DOE "Q" clearance.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with DHS Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and its cyber missions.
