Supply Chain Analyst 1- HA SCP Analyst
Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid)
6 Months Contract

Job Description:
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Supply Chain Management – The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing Home Appliance products and ensure smooth supply chain flow throughout purchasing to customer delivery. The Coordinator will also funnel all logistics information from various operation teams to create total visibility to support internal and external customers, and support strategic projects on behalf of the entire Supply Chain Team, generate reports for Executive Management, and represent the SCM Team when working with internal/external customers.
The Supply Chain Analyst will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues for the associated product category at the Sales Subsidiary and will interact closely with all teams including Senior Management.

DUTIES AND RESPONISIBLITIES:

• Factory PO Issue
• New model set up
• Diversion / Stock Transfers / Cross shipment
• Direct shipment PO management
• OTRQ/OTD Management - (OTRQ: On time right quantity; OTD: On time delivery)
• Sales Order Management
• Inventory Management
• Weekly RTF management (Return to Forecast)
• Aging Inventory
• Revenue Simulation/Tracking
• Report Generation / KPI Management
• CMI (Call Managed Inventory)

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

• OTRQ/OTD - 90%+ achievement rate (varies per customer)
• Factory PO - 98%+ achievement rate (in a timely manner)
• Diversion/STO/X-shipment/RTF/Revenue – complete given tasks in a timely manner

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
• 1-2 year work experience in relevant field
• Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
• SAP experience helpful.
• Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)
• Korean Language skills for working with Samsung Global Operations helpful
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Must be available to consistently work overtime and on every weekend

• Advanced Excel skills - this position is heavy excel based and primary duties will be SAP data management . We need someone that is quick with Excel! (Macros not required)
• Great attitude, comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal); Korean bilingual is a NICE TO HAVE.

Education Requirement Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
Years of experience 1-2 year work experience in relevant field – supply chain operations
