Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide guidance to individuals with confirmed or potential developmental disabilities.
  • Deliver therapy based on well-established practices to address anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, ADHD, and PTSD.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate individuals' mental and emotional well-being.
  • Aid in the training, support, and supervision of social workers/mental health counselors (SW/MHC) and SW/MHC interns.
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director to support existing programs and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • Fulfill administrative and clinical tasks as required to support clinics and internship programs.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements: We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a valid NYS license for the following:
  • Extensive experience working with children, adults, and families.
  • Proficient in providing services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide supervision to staff members.
  • SIFI certification is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
  • Preferred experience working with a diverse, multicultural, and multilingual client population.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in delivering training, supervision, and outreach activities is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to handle work pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Capable of working independently and completing assignments within given instructions, established routines, and accepted practices.
