Work from home! This is a fully remote customer service position that will be a part of our new remote team. You can live anywhere in the United States outside of our major service centers. What you are good at


In this exciting customer service role, you’ll learn to educate our clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirements choices, in addition to earning your Securities licenses in our paid licensing and training program. And if you’re not a finance expert– that’s okay! We’ve seen tremendous success from new grads, career switchers, customer service workers, and people returning to the workforce.
  • Motivation to learn about the securities industry, including the basic principles of equity, option and mutual fund transactions
  • A dedication to consistently improve the client experience
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone
  • Robust consulting, influencing and client engagement skills
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team-based culture
  • An ownership mentality and continuous improvement mindset with a desire to continually develop and learn
  • Ability to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolve

What you have


  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
    : Active licenses so you can start serving Schwab clients right away
  • Bring enthusiasm: Work in a high energy call center representative environment
  • Engage clients: Deliver great client service when answering inbound phone calls
  • Be an advocate for clients: Take ownership and tackle complex and challenging issues to resolve the client’s needs. Introducing clients to Schwab and TD Ameritrade’s products and services
  • Be consultative: Once licensed, recommend appropriate solutions to clients which align to their investment goals and promote Schwab growth.

We offer a competitive pay and bonus package. Starting compensation for this team ranges from $43,400 to $58,400 during training (increases depending on related experience and market), plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation range from $67,300 to $81,070 (base pay, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) within their 1
st year upon achieving performance-based pay increases. Higher costs markets may have a higher salary range.
