Riverside Brewery and Restaurant is a busy local Microbrewery and we’re looking for competitive, motivated and hardworking people to join our top notch kitchen team! We serve award winning beers and top-quality food in the growing Historic Downtown West Bend district. Responsibilities:

• Line cooks are responsible for specific stations in the kitchen. You will be cooking a wide variety of menu items and our signature recipes.
• Setting up work station for lunch and dinner service
• Prepping daily ingredients
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and follow our standards
• Cleaning and stocking your station and weekly cleaning tasks as directed by the manager

For competent & reliable line cooks we offer a starting pay between $15.00 & $18.00

Experience welcome, but not necessary. We'll train anyone with passion and drive!

• Reliable with a great work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to communicate with employees and management with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a positive team approach with Front of the House and Back of the House.
• Work in a fast paced environment with precision, attention to detail, speed and a positive attitude.
• A kitchen is fast paced and ever changing. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt and problem solve.
