Logistics Dispatcher – Full-Time Position

Position Summary:
Provide a wide-variety of support to the ANR Drivers and daily operations of the transportation programs.
Essential Functions:
- Actively communicates with Drivers and Passengers (Cancels, No-Shows, Transfers, Inclement Weather, Accidents, Other).
- Actively monitoring vehicles.
- Assists as needed with daily parameters in scheduling software (number of routes, number of vehicles required, number of drivers assigned) to successfully complete daily operations.
- Contributes toward operational efficiencies.
- Supports ANR Transport in daily operations (BART Drivers, 5am-6am M-F and as needed).
- Reconcile Co-pays daily.
- Complete Manifest Edits daily until Ecolane is implemented.
- Track/Mail ANR Transport Sanctions (Safety, Threats, Distractions).
- Able to work independently and well organized.
- Other duties as assigned to support the mission of the agency. Daylight,
Monday-Friday hours (one Saturday every 4 weeks). No holidays!
The hourly rate starts at $15/hour.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, problem solve and data entry computer skills. One year of dispatching experience a plus. Customer service and human services experience helpful. High School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. EOE/ADA
