Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Machine Operator

· 3 years of machine operation experience

· Ability to use calipers, weight scales, and other precision measurement devices

· Ability to ensure production remains within set standards by making weight and profile changes through machine adjustment and programming software

· A high school diploma

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION: Substantial standing, sweeping/mopping, some lifting of up to 60 lbs., minor bending, and climbing.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor operations of the production line. Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure efficient operation of the production line. Assist in different roles when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR RESULTS: Ensure that products consistently meet quality standards and specifications.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
