What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will head the implementation and administration of all activities related to construction material at warehouses, storage areas and TSF areas for material management
  • Implement, coordinate, and administer all activities with the Company site management team and with the appointed contractors and involved third parties
  • Also, you will establish and administrate the material management module of the CMS tool at site and its regular update and monitoring
  • Witness overage, shortage, and deviation in bulk materials or equipment during incoming inspection by verifying those with the respective packing list of consignment
  • Participate in and perform site audits for material management on site and follow up to close findings/observations
  • Supervise the receiving, handling, storage, preservation, identification and issuance of all materials
  • Be assigned to the construction site for the duration of a project by the Head of Department Material Management
  • You will also be disciplinarily and professionally responsible for the Site Material Management
  • Responsible for the compliance with the project technical requirements of material storage, handling and preservation
  • Also, you are qualified to argue for recommendations and authorized to implement decisions after consulting with the Site Construction Manager or Site Manager
