Aware Recovery Care (ARC) offers a holistic approach to treatment and changes the way clients receive care throughout the northeast. ARC is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.

Position Summary:

The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Aware Recovery Care’s day-to-day Administrative and Personnel On-boarding tasks required to keep the company running smoothly.

This is a part time in person office based role.
20-25 hours per week.
Flexible on hours; anytime between Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation:
Starting Hourly rate is $20/hour

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General office upkeep including but not limited to:

    • Routine office correspondence

    • Mailing, faxing, scanning, printing and making copies

      • Incoming and outgoing faxes/mail may require upload into a client’s file in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)

      • Command of stamps.com account and understanding of regular vs certified mail

    • Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

    • Managing contacts for basic office maintenance and calling for support when necessary

    • Answering phones - fielding calls appropriately and taking messages

    • Mail distribution - ensuring correspondences make it to the necessary parties in a timely fashion whether within the agency or for the Corporate office

  • Support Agency Managers and Directors with designated tasks

  • Complete agency-level HR tasks as assigned/asked by Corporate

    • For example, scheduling 90-Day and Annual Reviews between Direct Care Staff members and Agency Leadership

  • Assist in hospitality efforts when hosting guests, staff or office events

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Business office or administrative experience preferred

  • Associates Degree preferred
