Position Summary

The Operations Associate Supervisor is responsible for prioritizing work assignments provided by the Operations Supervisor. The Associate Supervisor will coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinate employees. Assist with operational and quality issues that operators encounter during kit inspection and shipping operations. Additional responsibilities consist of managing hourly team members timekeeping and approval. Work with various customers and must meet the specifics/ requirements of each unique, individual customer. The Associate Supervisor will ensure all required duties and task as prescribed by Millstone SCP’s and DWI’s are followed. Recommend and implement changes to DWI. Assist in process improvement initiatives. The position includes visual inspection of medical devices and instruments which requires the ability to detect defects. 20/20 or Corrected 20/20 vision is required.

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Verify that all product codes and lot match packing set list and BOM is reflected in ERP
• Inspect and verify the accuracy of any cell related documents and ensure proper and timely routing to the document storage and management cell
• Handle shipping and inventory paperwork
• Basic addition/subtraction
• Mid-level – familiar with Microsoft Office, ERP and other common programs
• Follow procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and written instructions in English
• Follow detailed work instructions and handwritten instruction.
• Advance Blueprint interpretation
• Great communication skills with the ability to train, coach and supervisor employees.
• Ability to take the appropriate disciplinary actions on hourly team members not to exceed the verbal written warning.
• Ability to multi-task, read and write the English language
• High School or GED with 2-4 years of leadership experience
