Work from home (fully remote)
Administer the company customer relationship management system and manage projects and accounts. Manage data by researching and calling contacts.
Analyze opportunities to make the correct call action
Take notes on conversations
Make changes in CRM
We are looking for missing information for bidding construction projects
Work times. Monday through friday. 9 am to 6pm are available times to work
You can work from 9-3, or work from 9-11am then come back on from 3p-6p to finish the workload.
You have opportunity and account reports that you will manage.
There is a 375 dial minimum set per week. That is about 150 conversations and notes taken for 1 week.
Tasks
Outbound dials 60-90 dials per day
Email support - 10 inbound emails per day from project managers or estimators, reply with bid or make salesforce updates
You manage your time, we are in B2B sales, our customers work during business hours
Weekly work expectations: 30 hours
On going training
1 day minimum spent at 715 Peachtree street suite 100. (office space) included in a 30 hour work week: training and co-working.
Salary. $1,200 bi weekly = $2,400 per month
