Top Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Center in Bealeton, Bristow, and Gainesville, VA.
This position encompasses the following:
- Front Desk Receptionist - Ensures coverage of weekday opening through closing tasks of phone management, greeting/scheduling/assisting patients, completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, insurance coordination/verification/authorizations, over the counter collections of patient payments, data entry, EMR knowledge/management, complying with HIPAA, and managing accurate patient accounts. Providing a stellar patient experience.
This is a part-time position in a well-established company with 3 locations, Gainesville, Bristow and Bealeton, VA. This part-time position is for our Gainesville location.
Required education
- High school diploma or GED
Required Work Experience:
- Medical Reception (2 years)
- Electronic Health Records (2 years)
- Customer Service (2 years)
Required Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs and Gmail, to include Google Docs
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and patient care
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- EMR Knowledge (preferred)
- HIPAA compliance
Desired Skills include proficiency in:
- WebPT EMR
- Kareo Billing

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00/hour depending on experience with opportunity for performance based raises
