Who We Need:

We're looking for a bi-lingual Spanish speaking Patient Connection Specialist to join our team. This role will report to our Manager, Contact Center Operations. The position is fully remote.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour.

What You'll Do:

• Answers inbound and/or places outbound telephone calls as assigned and appropriately directs callers and ensures all calls are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Schedules various types of appointments for practitioners
• Contacts patients by phone to remind upcoming appointments, to ask follow-up questions, and to provide instructions if needed; cancels and reschedules appointments as well.
• Assists with patient message call backs.
• Establish a trusting relationship with members, caregivers, clinical staff and vendors.

Who You Are:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) (Required)
• Written and orally proficient in English and Spanish (Required)
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 year of healthcare experience (Preferred)
• 1 year of customer service experience is (Required)
• Medical office or healthcare experience in appointment scheduling and managing patient calls (Preferred)
