Westwood Country Club is searching for a Pool Snack Bar Manager for the 2023 season.

Must be available to work May - September, 40 hours per week.

The Pool Snack Bar Manager Position is to handle the day-to-day operations of the pool snack bar, coordinating between our pool snack-bar wait staff and pool snack-bar bartenders and ensures the food and beverage items are delivered to member’s satisfaction.

The Pool Snack Bar Manager performs a variety of duties including but not limited to, hiring and training of pool snack bar employees, making schedule for the pool snack bar employees, handling membership complaints, managing food and beverage operations.

Job to run May-September.

Must have supervisory experience. Must be able to design and implement training for assigned staff. Must be organized. Must be able to maintain records. Must be able to be on one's feet for extended periods of time.
